Electric Mobility Suppliers

Electric Mobility Energy Suppliers (eMSP) are service providers in the electric mobility sector that sell energy to electric vehicle users at Mobi.E network charging stations for charging their vehicle batteries.

They are entities licensed to operate charging points and registered to sell electricity under current legislation. Their business model involves purchasing electricity wholesale and selling it at retail.

Do you want to become a Supplier?

Passo 1

Apply for an Operator's license from the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG).

Request registration as a Supplier with the DGEG.

Submit the completed and digitally signed Mobi.E Network Membership Agreement (if manually signed, it must be notarized). Attach the permanent certificate or access code. If the Agreement is signed by an attorney-in-fact, a notarized power of attorney from a legal representative must be included.

Once you have obtained your license and ensured technical, technological, and security compatibility between your systems and the electricity distribution network, you may begin operations and start trading electricity.
Compliance with Regulation 103/2021 is mandatory.
