How to Charge - MOBI.E
Charge with ease at any station within the national electric mobility network – the Mobi.E Network – in two different ways:
How do I find or choose an Electric Mobility Supplier (EMSP)?
To access a card or app that lets you use the Mobi.E charging network, you must sign a contract with an EMSP, and you may contract services from one or more suppliers.
If a charging station is offline, you must use a physical card to charge your vehicle.
The functioning of the EMSp card in offline stations may depend on the settings that the CPO places on the equipment. If it only authorizes cards validated by the Central System in offline mode, the card will not work and, consequently, will reject the login.
We recommend that you contact the CPO of the charging station to ensure that they are informed of the inoperability and restore the equipment's communications.

Charging Point Operators (CPO) are responsible for maintaining the equipment. If you experience any problems while charging, you should contact the phone number displayed at the station, which is available 24 hours a day.
