António Veiga Ferrão is the President of the Executive Board at MOBI.E, S.A. for the 2026–2028 term, since March 2026.
 
Between 2024 and 2026, he served as Deputy Secretary of State for Mobility at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Housing.
 
Previously, he was the director of Fintech Solutions for four years, where he contributed to the technological and digital development of financial services for various institutions. At the same time, he was part of the board of directors of the Portugal Fintech Association, a non-profit association supporting the technological innovation ecosystem in the financial sector.
 
Between 2015 and 2020, he held various positions at Leadership Business Consulting, an international management consultancy, working on projects in the areas of mobility, public administration, energy, communications, innovation and investment. 

He holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and a degree in Economics from the Nova School of Business and Economics.
